Complaints Procedure

Stage One
  • * If you unhappy with any of our website or hosting services, we ask that you first refer to your contract.
  • * If you are unsatisfied with any of our domain name registration services, then please email us at and we will reply within 5 working days.
Stage Two
  • * Many issues can be resolved by discussion between us and we will be able to reach an amicable resolution. If you are not satisfied with the solution that we propose, please email detailing your outstanding complaint.

NB: We do offer a free transfer of domains to new registrars, as long as all outstanding invoices have been paid.
